1. Who we are

Prairie to Peaks LLC is a business located in Billings, Montana, United States. We provide products, equipment, and services related to data, mailing and shipping, finishing, information security, websites, and consulting. You can reach us using the contact details in the “How to contact us” section below.

2. Information you give us

When you contact us or submit a form on our site, we collect the information you choose to provide. Depending on the form, this may include:

  • Your name, business or organization name, email address, and phone number;
  • Details about your project, workflow, equipment, or request that you include in a message;
  • Files or records you submit through a secure upload request (for example, mailing lists or customer data files).

Please do not submit sensitive personal records through the general contact form. For mailing lists, customer records, or other private data, use our secure upload request process so the information can be handled appropriately.

3. Information collected automatically

Like most websites, we automatically collect certain technical and usage information when you visit, including:

  • Your IP address, device type, browser, and operating system;
  • Pages you view, links you click, how far you scroll, and how long you stay;
  • The website or ad that referred you, and search or campaign information associated with your visit.

We collect this information using cookies and similar technologies through the analytics and advertising services described below.

4. Cookies, analytics, and advertising

We use the following third-party services, which may set cookies or collect usage data:

  • Google Analytics (GA4). Helps us understand how visitors use the site — pages viewed, scroll depth, and general engagement — so we can improve it. Google may process this data as described in its privacy policy.
  • Google Ads. If you reach us through a Google ad, we use Google Ads (including auto-tagging and, where enabled, remarketing) to measure ad performance and understand which searches and campaigns bring visitors to our site.

You can control cookies through your browser settings, and you can opt out of Google Analytics by installing the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on. You can review and adjust Google’s ad personalization at Google My Ad Center.

5. Forms and payments

  • Form submissions. Contact and upload forms are processed through a third-party form-handling service (FormSubmit), which delivers your submission to us by email. Information you submit passes through that service so we can receive and respond to it.
  • Payments. Online purchases (such as Greenwave orders) are processed by Stripe, a third-party payment processor. Payment card details are entered on Stripe’s secure checkout and are handled by Stripe — Prairie to Peaks does not receive or store your full card number. Stripe’s handling of your information is governed by its own privacy policy.
  • Website hosting. Our site is hosted by a third-party hosting provider, which may process technical information such as server logs as part of delivering the site.

6. How we use your information

  • To respond to your inquiries, quotes, orders, and support requests;
  • To provide, operate, and improve our products, services, and website;
  • To process purchases and fulfill orders;
  • To measure and improve our marketing, including which ads and searches are effective;
  • To protect our site, prevent fraud or abuse, and comply with legal obligations.

7. How we share information

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with data brokers. We share information only with the service providers described in this policy (such as analytics, advertising, form-handling, payment, and hosting providers) so they can perform services on our behalf, and only as needed for those purposes. We may also disclose information if required by law or to protect our rights, safety, or property.

8. Data retention

We keep the information you provide for as long as needed to respond to your request, complete a transaction, maintain business records, or meet legal and accounting requirements. Analytics and advertising data are retained according to the settings and policies of the services described above.

9. Your choices and rights

You may request to access, correct, or delete the personal information you have provided to us, or ask us to stop contacting you, by using the contact details below.
